Return and Refund Policy

YI store online orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been placed. But you have 30 days to return your purchase for a refund.

Can I cancel my YI store order?

Once an online order is placed on the YI store, it cannot be cancelled. We send all new orders to our warehouse to be packed for shipping as soon as possible.

Can I make changes to my YI store order?

After you place an order it can’t be modified. This includes canceling the order, adding or removing items, changing the credit card used for payment, or changing the delivery address.

How can I return my product?

YI offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchased from the YI store, you can return it within 30 days of shipment for a full product refund. To initiate a refund and to arrange for the return of the product, please contact YI support at supportus@yitechnology.com

Can I return some of the products included in a bundle?

Yes. If you do not want to return all products included as part of a bundle or purchased at a promotional price, YI will refund what you paid only for the products you return. If you return only part of a bundle, we will subtract the bundle discount from your refund amount.

For example, if you purchase a bundle of three products, each regularly priced at $200, for $500 (a $100 discount) and you return one of the three products, we will refund you $100. ($200 Product Price - $100 Bundle Discount = $100 Refund).
