Where to place your camera?
Please place the camera near the door of the store, hallway, or any place that has people moving in a more narrow space.
any Installation tips?
Please avoid pointing the camera directly to where customers walk in. It is better to place it on the side where customers pass by right in front of it. (best distance: 1m; store door; customer flow direction; best height: 1m)
What are the Recommended settings?

We recommend having no more than 12 cameras connected to single Wi-Fi network to ensure the best connection.
Each camera requires sufficient bandwidth to stay connected and will occupy approximately 0.5Mbps upload bandwidth.
Each camera under your account can be paired to the same or a different network.
Each camera can be paired to only 1 account at a time.
Can I delete or download videos from the cloud?
Yes, you can delete or download any video from the cloud by by selecting "Delete" or "Download" and pick the videos you wish to delete or download.
