What’s the difference between face detection and recognition?
Face detection allows you to see whenever a face shape has been detected and create an album of the faces seen, whereas face recognition can match the face with a person allowing you to see who it is.
 
How long does it take the battery to recharge the Kami Doorbell batteries?
It takes up to six hours for the battery to be fully charged when using the 5V1A adapter. Before you use the Kami Doorbell, we recommend that the battery is fully charged.
 
Will I be notified when the battery in my Kami Doorbell is running low?
Yes, you will receive a notification through your Kami Home App.
 
Can I use the camera on a 5GHz network?
No, the Kami Doorbell is only compatible with a 2.4GHz band network. 5GHz networks are not supported. All routers have a 2.4GHz band network available and most routers are dual-band, meaning they have both a 2.4GHz and 5GHz band network. Many routers have both bands available simultaneously, meaning that you can see two network names for your router. Check your Wi-Fi settings to see if you have 2 networks available.
